1.1 Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new users to evaluate our Services. During the free trial, you can explore the platform’s functionality at no cost. If you choose to continue using our Services after the trial, you will be enrolled in a monthly subscription plan.

1.2 No Refunds

Prime Tech Automations does not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments. Once a subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable, as our Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. If you decide our Services are not suitable for your needs, you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges (see Section 1.3 below).

1.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent cycles. No prorated refunds will be provided for the remainder of the billing cycle. You will retain access to the Services until the end of the paid period.

2. Dispute Process

2.2 Resolution Timeline

We aim to acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and work toward a resolution within 5 business days. If additional time is needed (e.g., for technical investigations), we will keep you informed of our progress.

2.3 Cooperation

To resolve disputes efficiently, we may request additional information from you, such as account details or screenshots. We appreciate your cooperation in providing this information to help us address your concern.

3. Payment Disputes with Third Parties

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider (e.g., Stripe or your credit card issuer), we will work with the provider to provide relevant information about your subscription and usage. Please note that unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback to resolve issues amicably.
